Chanel Steyn Acro - Trading as ChaNic School of Dance – (hereafter ChaNic School of Dance) undertakes to fetch and return children as close to their dance lesson time as possible. In my capacity as parent/ legal guardian of abovementioned minor child I hereby agree and give my explicit permission for my child to make use of the free transport service provided by ChaNic School of Dance. In addition I acknowledge that my child may be escorted on foot (walking) by a designated representative, employee, or teacher of Chanic School of Dance as the school in it’s sole discretion may deem appropriate. As a parent/guardian I undertake to inform ChaNic School of Dance when it will not be necessary to fetch a child for dance lessons. ChaNic School of Dance does not fetch children when it is raining. I as parent/guardian except that in such cases a lesson will be forefitted if I cannot bring them myself. I agree that, neither Chanic School of Dance nor its designated representative, employee, or teacher shall be held liable for any loss, injury or damage or loss of life of whatsoever nature that may be sustained by my child while using the abovementioned transport service. I further indemnify Chanic School of Dance or any designated representative for any loss, injury or damage or loss of life caused by negligence of whatsoever nature. *
